We want you to love your Kit x Cade! If you are not pleased with your purchase, you can return unworn, unwashed items* in original packaging for store credit within 30 DAYS of receiving them.
Items may only be returned for store credit, which may then be used to purchase a new item if an exchange is desired. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns.
Please email sales@kitandcade.com BEFORE shipping your item(s). We will refuse any packages sent without prior contact.
Once the item(s) is/are received, your store credit will be processed as a gift card within 2-3 business days and sent via email. This will include directions to redeem your credit.
*ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST MEET THE REQUIREMENTS BELOW:
- MUST BE FREE OF MARKS, MAKEUP, PERFUMES, STRONG ODORS, DEODORANT, CIGARETTE SMOKE, AND ANIMAL HAIR.
- Items showing signs of wear and/or damage will be returned to the customer with no store credit issued.
- All original packaging must be included and in good condition.
- ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Items that do not meet the above criteria will be deemed damaged merchandise, and ineligible to return. If these are sent back to us, they will be marked "return to sender". Shipping costs will not be refunded.
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN MERCHANDISE IF IT DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA. IT WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AT YOUR COST WITHOUT NOTICE.
IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL, PLEASE LET US KNOW VIA EMAIL WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM.
Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged. After 7 days, Kit x Cade can no longer be responsible. Kit x Cade will provide a return shipping label in the event of a wrong item or a damaged or defective item being received.
Please note that store credit will not be issued for shipping fees associated with the purchase (expedited, international, etc.).
Kit x Cade is not responsible for lost/stolen packages once an order has been shipped. Please reach out to us and your local post office if your package is missing.

Items must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery to the customer. If an item is sent back after 30 days, it will not be accepted.
We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages that are being returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.
