What is the fit of Kit x Cade bibs?

Kit x Cade bibs are one-size-fits-all, designed to fit babies and toddlers approximately 6 months old to 3 years old. Because individual sizes vary so much, we recommend you use our size guide to find the most accurate size for your child.

Do I have to pay any tax on my purchases?

For domestic orders within the United States, tax will be calculated automatically at checkout. For purchases outside the United States you may be required to pay duty tax on your orders, so please check your tracking number regularly after purchase.

If I pre-order an item and order an in-stock item at the same time, when will delivery be?

We will send your order in full once your pre-order item(s) have arrived. If you want to receive an in-stock item earlier, please place two separate orders.

Shipping Insurance

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to organize their own shipping insurance, however we do offer the option to add Route Shipping Protection to cover your order if it gets lost, stolen or damaged. We ourselves do not cover insurance, duty or taxes in the shipping component that is paid during checkout.

All prices on this website are listed in USD.

What if I enter an incorrect address by mistake?

If an order is delivered to an incorrect address and needs to be sent again, you will be charged for the additional purchase and delivery as well. For this reason, please double check your address when you enter it on the ordering screen!

The item I want is "Sold Out". Will you restock?

Seasonal collections will be restocked or become available for pre-order at least once per season. Merchandise marked as limited edition will not be restocked. To learn about new products, collections, and restocks, sign up to our mailing list or follow us on instagram and facebook

What are your bibs made from?

Our bibs are made from baby-safe PU of the best quality, with velcro fasteners on the neck strap. Every detail has been checked and rechecked for product quality and durability, even down to stitch length so we can keep your little one covered for longer!

How do I care for my bibs?

Please refer to the care guide included on each product listing.

I think my item has a defect. What should I do?

We do our very best to make sure a defective item doesn't end up at your door. However, there may be a rare occasion that a faulty item is received.  Our items are are small-batch handmade using quality materials. Please note that due to this, some variations in the fabric may occur. Slight variations in color and print should not be considered defects. If you believe you have received a defective item, please notify us immediately and include a photograph of the defects at sales@kitandcade.com. We may suggest a return or replacement, depending on the product and product availability.   

Can I add a personalized gift note to my order?

Yes you sure can! Leave your gift note in the notes section when placing your order. You can also email sales@kitandcade.com to request that a note be added after you've placed your order. We will include a handwritten note inside your order. All orders are packaged thoughtfully and ready to gift. A packing slip can be included without pricing details.

How are your bibs packaged?

Our packaging is 100% compostable and eco-friendly - even our mailers - so we can do a small part in keeping our world beautiful for generations to come.

Each of our bibs are packaged individually, wrapped in a compostable, eco-friendly sleeve. We'll include a card with every order containing the information you need about your new purchase, then safely package everything inside a compostable mailer and ship it to your door.

I forgot to use my discount code. Can I use it after the order is placed?

Discount codes must be applied at the time the order is placed, and may not be applied afterwards. Please be aware that certain products and collections do not allow the use of discount codes.

I bought an item on sale, but I want to return it for a different size?

Unfortunately at this time we cannot provide returns on sale items. Sale items are final sale. However, we're sure they'll make gorgeous gifts!

I think my package was lost or stolen. What do I do now?

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact your local post office or carrier, as they are often able to locate the package for you. If you purchased Route delivery insurance at checkout, click on the “File Claim” button in your Route confirmation email. This will quickly take you through the claim filing process.
